What is your current job title and what are the tasks behind it?
I am an analyst on the Retail Team. This means I create reports and help fashion retailers across the DACH region use our SaaS solutions. I primarily work with CRM data, helping our clients select the right customers for marketing campaigns or determine specific metrics in this area. At h + p, in addition to the basic creation of reports, working with and developing our applications is also part of our “daily business.”

How long have you been working at h + p and why did you join us?
I have been working at hachmeister + partner since early 2023. After completing my bachelor’s degree, it was important to me to work in an environment where key metrics and their significance are highly valued, while the impact of my work remains tangible and understandable. h + p’s sophisticated solutions won me over very early on, and after our first in-person meeting, it quickly became clear to me that this environment was the right fit for me. As an analyst, I have the opportunity to draw conclusions from an enormous database and can also contribute to how the data is presented using our tools. Beyond the day-to-day tasks, h + p’s reputation within the industry really piqued my curiosity. The expertise and experience of my colleagues are highly valued across the entire industry, and for me, this offers plenty of room for professional growth.

What particularly distinguishes h + p as an employer for you?
For me, it’s a combination of several factors: working with my colleagues is both educational and enjoyable. I also fully identify with my responsibilities and the company’s philosophy. Plus, I consistently feel strong support at h + p.

If you had to describe h + p in three words, what would they be?
Expertise, flexibility, friendship.

Is there a special moment in your time at h + p?
Like many of my colleagues, the summer meeting in Paris stands out for me. I won’t forget that karaoke bar anytime soon. Team spirit is particularly important at h + p.
