What is your current job title and what are the tasks behind it?
I am an application developer at h + p and programme tools internally to create evaluations, prepare data for the evaluations and am currently developing further in the area of frontend.

How long have you been working at h + p and why did you join us?
I have been working at h + p since 2015 and started here straight after my studies. I was looking for a job at a management consultancy in Bielefeld and the fashion industry really appealed to me. In addition, at hachmeister + partner you have the opportunity to work on many different projects. You can realise and develop your own passion.

What particularly distinguishes h + p as an employer for you?
For me, h + p is particularly characterised by the trust that is placed in you right from the start. In addition, the hierarchies are very flat and there is a really friendly working atmosphere in which everyone treats each other with respect and supports each other.

If you had to describe h + p in three words, what would they be?
Innovative, flexible, friendly.

Is there a special moment in your time at h + p?
The summer meetings are always special! What else I remember: It was very positively received when I wanted to retrain as a developer. I received a lot of support.
