Marc's experience report

What is your current job title and what are the tasks behind it?
My current position is Manager Consultant. I mainly work with partners and senior partners on major projects, other projects I lead myself, so I am given complete project responsibility. My expertise lies in the areas of business organisation, process control and analysis, and product range planning.

How long have you been working at h + p and why did you join us?
Since December 2021, I can call myself a member of h + p. I am very pleased to be able to support companies with my many years of experience from the clothing retail and also from a industry's point of view. It particularly appeals to me to regularly master new tasks and challenges in enquiries and in projects - that is the opposite of routine.

What particularly distinguishes h + p as an employer for you?
The professional interaction among colleagues and with partners impressed and inspired me from the very beginning. You can discuss at eye level and still work in a goal-oriented way on a common idea.

If you had to describe h + p in three words, what would they be?
Industry knowledge, competence, partnership.

Is there a special moment in your time at h + p?
I really enjoyed the summer meeting in Austria with all our colleagues because it gave us the opportunity to spend time outside of the daily work routine. This has once again clearly fuelled the interpersonal aspect.
